Learned stuff from Laura and Rudy today.(Thanks!!) Turns out I've been holding the bar high on my back but positioning my body for a low-back squat. My quads were doing all the work, my knees were turning in, and I wasn't getting much power. Today I worked on correcting that: placing the bar lower, keeping my head down (looking at the bottom of the rack) and knees wide.

55, high, 60 high, 55 low, 60 low, 65 low, 70 low x 4.

Rudy suggested I do warm up squats with a bar until the new form is second-nature.

Good day! This is my first comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I genuinely enjoy reading through your articles. Can you recommend any other blogs/websites/forums that deal with the same topics? Appreciate it!
