Thank you for your interest in my blog and my comments on the film THE BAND'S VISIT. I saw this film in our local movie theatre and later rented it on DVD. It is on of those rare small gems that carries a universal message promoting greater understanding among races. PS I wrote a regular video review column for a number of papers for many years and currently contribute a regular DVD review column for a small newspaper in Alberta
